Have You Ever?

Have you ever had a cop stop you only to complement something you did?? After work today I went over to Armstrong Browning Library for a Vespers service John was doing. After I parallel parked in front of Armstrong Browning a cop pulls up next to me and motions for me to roll down my window. I was playing scenarios through my head of what I did wrong and the only thing I could think of was maybe I was parked in a fire zone because with my fancy Staff/Faculty parking sticker I can park anywhere pretty much. Nope..he wanted to tell me that was the best parallel parking he'd ever seen. Ha! Thanks Baylor P.D.

It's been a really busy past couple days. Heck, it's 1:20 am on Wednesday night Thursday morning right now and I'm just now getting into bed. Anyway, my point..I'm working on my State Fair post, but we took a lot of pictures and it's a lot to go through. Maybe tomorrow..

I Love Him!

I just received the most beautiful flowers (just cause) from my sweet hubby! My sis, the florist, designed the arrangement and brought them to my office. She did a wonderful job! Thanks babe! I love you!!

Anyone see SNL this weekend? It was one of the funniest openers in a long time. John and I both agree SNL is back. (They seemed to be off their game for a few years.)
