Oh yes, Bakerella has done it again. She is absolutely fabulous at taking a store bought cake, brownie, or cookie mix and making it, well, fabulous! However, this isn't her recipe but she did take it over the top. The recipe comes straight from Betty Crocker herself. (Did I mention I was Betty Crocker for Halloween?)
This recipe combines to very incredible things...brownies and chocolate chip cookies. Yeah, amazing.
Anyway, instead of the normal packaged frosting that the Betty Crocker recipe suggests Bakerella tops her brownies with ganache. Oh yes, this is chocolaty goodness taken to the next level. And they're easy but they impress. ALWAYS A PLUS!!
