call me a nerd...

But I am fascinated with the JFK assassination! I think it all started with a Humanities my sophomore year of high school. The class focused on the 1960s and everything that came with it from the JFK assassination and the Bay of Pigs to watching 'The Graduate' and learning about the infamous novel, 'Peyton Place'. I fell in love with anything and everything we learned and when it came time to talk about the JFK assassination I was just as interested. We learned about all of the different conspiracy theories from the CIA and KGB to Fidel Castro and the Cubans. We talked about the "Single Bullet Theory" and I was amazed at the path that single bullet took. I know what you all are thinking right now {especially my husband} but it was so interesting to me and still is. I think I might be the only person who has visited the Sixth Floor Museum in Dallas more than 5 times and none of them were for a class trip.

So you may ask, "Why on earth is she telling me this?" I was purusing yesterday and found this amazing article that some JFK assassination documents have been revealed and there is a transcript of a conversation between Lee Harvey Oswald and Jack Ruby prior to the assassination. They were talking about wanting to get rid of the president. Now, there is also speculation that this transcript was created by the former DA, who is no longer living, as material for a proposed movie. Who was still fascinating to read the article!

I also remember from my class that there are documents in "hiding" somewhere that will be released that will reveal what actually happened. Who knows? I love it!
Here is a link to the article in case you are as curious as I was...
