Productive Saturday {Spring Cleaning Part I}

Wow! I don't remember the last time John and I were ever this productive on a Saturday...or any day! We slept in this morning {9:00 seems so late now!} Then got to work on Spring Cleaning. I started in the kitchen and dining room; John started in our bathroom. He scrubbed that bathroom like crazy...including organizing the cabinets. I am so grateful for his help. So far we have accomplished 1 spring cleaned bathroom and 1 spring cleaned dining room...the kitchen is almost there!



We had several errands to run today so we started by getting lunch at Panda. Right as we were sitting down my sister and her husband walked in! It was such a fun surprise so we enjoyed our lunch with them. My brother-in-law, Jonathan, is the freshman girls basketball coach at Robinson High School so this is a really busy time for them and we haven't seen them much lately. We always have a great time with them. After lunch we headed over to Target to get a few things to help with our cleaning project! Then it was on to our fun activity for the day...Super Suppers. We got a gift certificate for Christmas from John's mom so we decided to go ahead and use it and we had a great time. We got to make 6 meals {that we split so actually 12 meals} that are all in our freezer to use anytime we don't feel like cooking.



Today we also got our tires roated and balanced {on both cars}, got new wiper blades {for both cars}, went to Home Depot, Mardel, and Office Max. Right now, John is at Best Buy getting his XM Radio installed in his car. It was a Christmas present from me and we are just now getting around to getting it installed. It will be so great for him to have while he is driving back and forth from Hamilton all the time.
