Hudson meets Emma

The first time Hudson met Emma was about 6 hours after she was born. I wanted him to take his nap at home before he came up to the hospital to make sure he would be rested and happy. I could not wait to see my boy! 

When he first came into the room he only wanted to see me. He go in bed with me and we had to be super careful that he didn't climb on top of me. 

Trying to get him to look at Emma and notice her was like saying, "Hudson, look at that electrical outlet over there on the wall." 

The second day he came up was much better. He heard her cry and immediately wanted to see what had made that noise. Holding my 2 precious babies was one of the most special moments.

He kept wanting to point (press on) to her eyes and on her head.

When he finally gave her a kiss I melted. He has been trying to smother her with kisses ever since.

I am so thankful for my 2 perfect babies! I can't wait to watch their relationship grow and see them interact.
